Watching Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube exploded during the pandemic. But streaming video has a growing and significant environmental impact that goes far beyond your tv or phone.

The narrative of this piece encompassed a key theme of how much data we use streaming and watching videos online. This triggered us to look into Data Visualisation and how large amounts of data are represented in graphs and charts. Using large data viz as inspiration we translated that into an abstract way to represent the internet and the vast amount of data that travels through it.
